Summary:

Our Multi pitch climbing course is perfect for trad climbers who would like to take on multi pitch climbs. For this course you should be leading single pitch climbs and be able to place gear and build basic belays. We may climb routes such as Grooved Arete on Tryfan or Flying Buttress on Dinas Cromlech for example.

Who's this for?

Anyone looking to climb in a multi pitch setting. You will probably be comfortable seconding Severe graded rock climbs and have some of your own equipment. You will be fairly comfortable with heights and exposure.

Kit needed:

All climbing kit is provided, including shoes and chalk. If you wish to bring your own gear that’s no problem. We recommend you bring footwear with good tread, a 30-40ltr rucksack as well as clothes suitable for the day.

Itinerary:

Our start time and meeting point is 9:00am at a local cafe. Here we will brief you on the days activity. From here we will set off into the crag for an exciting days learning.  We may use different venues during the day. The course will end around 4:30pm.

Open Courses – These are run throughout the year and may involve mixed groups . Please e mail for current dates.

Closed courses – These are for groups who would like a bespoke and private course. Please note the course need two persons to run.
