Who's it for?

Anyone who has a good level of fitness and is up for a challenge. The 24 hours challenge is tough, and you will really need to train for this one. It is also recommended that you have been over Crib Goch before, so you know what to expect. 15 hours is a good time, but most groups complete in around 22 hours. We will arrange transport back to the start point to collect vehicles.

If you choose the challenge over three days, you will be getting a good nights sleep each night, but we will still have three big days of mountain walking and scrambling. You will need to organize local accommodation and have transport to the start point each day.

Kit Needed:

Either mountain running or mountain walking kit. A full kit list will be sent on joining and we can provide support and guidance on the build up to the challenge.
